Proposal for Providing China Mail Fast Service into China

      Through China EMS, we have learnt that ABC often sends a large quantity of paper mails to clients and potential clients in China. We are a registered express delivery service company in Beijing, which provides mail making, packaging, sorting, forwarding and terminal delivering service. 1、We provide basic service that is cost saving under the law. 

Associating with China EMS system, sending each mail costs 0.40 yuan/100g (below is the same unit) within local areas, and the cost is 0.70yuan/100g for each non-local mail. Compared with our standard charges of 0.55 yuan (local) and 0.85 yuan (non-local), your cost may be reduced over 60 to 70 percent. In the mean time you may expand service areas and improve service quality.

2、Optionally, we also provide content translation, and name, address verification service in advance one by one, increasing the accurate and successful rate of delivery.

 3、Optionally ,we are able to provide follow-up customer service. For example, we collect returned mails and give feedback to you promptly by checking and classifying the reason that mails are returned. So based on these feedbacks, you may decide whether to deliver twice or to give up.Additionally, the service helps timely update the corporate information database and constantly keeps the database up-to-date.

4、Optionally, we may provide printing service. With the detailed promoting materials of each project and the typeset document available through the internet, we may arrange printing in local area. The cost will be reduced up to 50 percent and at the same time printing quality is guaranteed.

 5、Optionally, we provide the database of name and address of the potential customers, which is the classified lists of managers by field, position, area, for example, a list of the middle or high level managerial personnel of world top-500 Joint-venture Company in China. Because we have cooperation relationship with China EMS, it is ensured that the data is up-to-date and is used completely under the law.

 6、Once more, we may use our delivery net to deliver, and each mail will be delivered hand to hand. The mail delivery status can be checked any time on our website.

 四、OPTIOANLLY我们还可以提供先期的印刷服务。每个项目的详细宣传资料，贵方只需传过来一个电子版的排版文件，我们安排在本地印刷。在同样保证质量的情况下，成本至少能够节约50%以上；

 五、OPTIOANLLY我们还可以提供潜在客户名址数据库，即以行业、职务、地域分类的经理人名单，比如说，世界500强在中国所有合资企业里的高管、中层管理人员的名单。因为我们和CHINA EMS的合作，我们确保这些数据是最新的，而且我们可以完全合法地使用它们；

 六、再进一步，我们可以使用我们自己的投递网络，做到每个邮件都手到手派送，而且，派送的结果录入我们的WEBSITE，可供任何人随时核查
